  • Sciencebegin Research Paper #2 on a Space topic (Final Draft due Friday, Jan. 27) - see my email for updated due dates for the other paper ingredients (sent Thursday, Jan. 5):
    • Friday, Jan. 6 - turn in your "bibliography" document with 3 website URLs, a brief summary of each one, and one of them starred (*) to show which ONE you plan to use for your paper
    • Tuesday, Jan. 10 - turn in your book title or other non-Internet resource
    • Approximately Wednesday or Thursday, Jan. 11-12, turn in your two Bibliography Cards
    • Friday, Jan. 13 - turn in your 20 Notecards, 10 for the website and 10 for the book or non-Internet source
    • Approximately Tuesday, Jan. 17 - begin writing your Rough Draft as soon as I return your graded Notecards
    • Approximately Friday, Jan. 20 - turn in your Rough Draft
    • Approximately Friday, Jan. 27 - turn in your Final Draft

Grace Period and Exceptions
Homework is due the day after it's assigned unless noted otherwise. With the exception of Wordly Wise WB pages, outlines in science which we go over together on the due date (and for which we provide the correct answers so they can be used as study guides), or any other assignments we go through together on the due date, I will accept work 24 hours after it's due with no penalty. After the 24 hour period ends (at 8 am the schoolday after it's due) I will not accept the late work and it will be marked NIY (not in yet) and receive a score of 60% if a grade is recorded.
